two caucasian-looking males in camo vests, khaki pants and matching beige caps walking on shelter island drive towards and back from rosecrans, apparently went to get coffee. large patch saying police on one vest. large patch saying cbp federal marine agent on the other guy's vest.

the vest reading "federal marine agent" is likely referring to marine interdiction agent, which is part of the cbp that is responsible for patrolling the bay / water areas
